Does sleep have an effect on your height?
It could. Obviously a single night of no sleep will not stunt growth but over the long term a person's growth may be affected by consistent sleep deprivation, which suppresses the growth hormone that is normally released during sleep. I wouldn't worry too much about it though!

How do you deal with loss of sleep?I usually drink lots of coffee, but that's probably a bad idea. If you're sleep deprived try to stay hydrated, eat healthily, and exercise the next day.

It's actually better to listen to your internal alarm clock - you'll end up feeling better if maintain a natural sleep cycle. That being said, if you sleep a little bit earlier (maybe 10 or 15 minutes) every night for a while your internal alarm clock will naturally reset itself.
